Jeff is the founder and CEO of Dominguez Wealth Management Solutions and oversees the firm’s client planning strategies.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathleen, and two wonderful children Mateo and Giana.  A former professional soccer player, Jeff continues to stay active in the sport by coaching individuals and teams in the area.

Pat Schultz is the Chief Investment Officer and a shareholder of the firm. Pat oversees the firm’s proprietary investment management process.

Born and raised in the Hudson Valley region of New York, Pat graduated from and played collegiate basketball for Binghamton University. He and his wife, Caitlin are having a blast raising and traveling with their sons Callan and Rory. In his free time, you’ll find Pat out on the golf course.

Sarah provides analysis for the firm’s proprietary investment models, supports in offering market commentary and insights, and assists in tax preparation and consultation. She holds a Master of Finance degree from Tulane University and a Master of Accounting degree from the College of William & Mary. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Mike works with the team on many different aspects of the business. Born and raised in New York, Mike graduated from Binghamton University’s School of Management and lived in NewYork City working for an Accounting firm before moving to Florida. He and his wife, Amanda, and three children Cooper, Parker and Emersyn enjoy being outside as much as possible living in the Sunshine state. When he's not at the office Mike enjoys golf and digging for dinosaur bones in the backyard with his kids.

Pat has over 25 years of experience in financial and insurance customer service.  She handles all client service matters, making the experience enjoyable and effortless. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as yoga, Hokie football, gardening, reading and traveling.
